Coding Manager

Ms. Norfolk is a Coding and OASIS Specialist with over fifteen years of Home Health and Coding Management experience. She has extensive knowledge in Quality Management, ICD-10 Coding, CMS Guidelines, Billing processes, Chart auditing, and ADR Specialist and Medicaid Compliance Rules and Regulations. Ms. Norfolk specializes in OASIS review, Chart Audits and Coding reviews and currently works with our Coding Analyst team to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance with a specific focus on OASIS and chart audits.
