Sara Bender, RN, COS-C, HCS-D

Director, Clinical Affairs

Ms. Bender has over 20 years of home care clinical and management experience, most recently in the areas of OASIS and quality. She has held the positions of Director of Nursing in Home Care, Administrator, QIO for the State of Florida, and Consultant. She obtained her certification for OASIS Specialist-Clinical in January of 2006. Ms. Bender excels in OASIS reviews, quality improvement programs, coding, and staff teaching/training activities.

Ms. Bender has recently been a contributing author to Home Care Policy and Procedure manuals and Home Care Drug Resource publications.
